The Modular Medical Quick Release Pouch is a convenient way to carry and access medical supplies. This kit will fit all issued USMC IFAK supplies. Quick release TQ elastic on top. The outer catch is designed to mount onto your PALS / MOLLE / Shooters / Gun belt with 4 rows of MOLLE to mount to your PALS platform. The outercatch has a one inch side squeeze buckle to hold the pouch in place. On the back of the actual pouch there is a field of hook fabric to attach to the loop field on the outer catch. This helps the pouch remain in pouch during running. Once squeeze the buckle you will be able to pull the medical pouch out for use. All pouches secure with YKK #10 reverse sliders. Two sliders on the pouch and one sider on the front with its own independent pocket. Low IR reflective fabrics used when making this pouch. If you are looking for a better alternative to the issued IFAK this is it. Smaller and more compact belt mounted and will still fit all your issued items. NO Medical Supplies are included.
